Why do we constantly need to fundraise?
It currently costs £2.1 million per year to run the Hospice, maintaining the excellence of our care and the standard of our buildings and facilities.

Just 35% of our requirement is covered by an NHS Grant. This means that the remainder of our costs - some £1.2million - have to be raised through the generosity of local people and businesses.

Every year our Fundraising Department has the mammoth task of organising a full twelve month programme of events and campaigns.
