Sponsorship Opportunities

We have a number of sponsorship opportunities that offer various benefits, currently these include:

20th Anniversary Grand Ball

Main sponsor - £4,000

• One complimentary table of 10 for your company employees or potential clients and an opportunity to have a presence on the evening.  
• Company logo and “Grand Ball kindly sponsored by” on all printed materials including leaflets, posters and letter communications which will be distributed to over 4,000 people across the Bolton Borough.
• Double page advert on the inside back page of the programme.  (Artwork to be supplied by you).
• Logo inclusion on Bolton Hospice website  (events section), and link back to your own company website
• Opportunity for display of up to 4 pull up banners on the evening of the event in reception area and main dining area next to the stage.
• Sponsorship credited in any media packs and press releases
• Sponsorship credited in Grand Ball Programme in acknowledgements
• Opportunity to gain photography for your PR and Media department’s use in the run up to and on the evening of the event.
• Bolton Hospice logo to be provided for you to promote your support of the event.
• Opportunity to submit branded literature for display at event (leaflet / business cards only) / items for inclusion in event goody bags.

Champagne sponsor- £2000

• Opportunity to link with a highly respected local charity in the Bolton area.
• Company logo and “Champagne kindly sponsored by” on printed tags attached to each champagne glass handed out to guests at reception.
• Full page advert in the Grand Ball programme.  (Artwork to be supplied by you).
• Logo inclusion on back of printed leaflets and invitation letters.
• Logo inclusion on Bolton Hospice website (events section), and link back to your own company website.
• Opportunity for display of up to two pull up banners on the evening of the event in Champagne reception area.
• Sponsorship credited in Grand Ball Programme in acknowledgements
• Opportunity to gain photography for your PR and Media department’s use in the run up to and on the evening of the event.
• Bolton Hospice logo to be provided for you to promote your support of the event.
• Opportunity to submit branded literature / items for inclusion in event goody bags.
• Potential to reach new and existing customers through increased logo coverage via media, leaflets and through guests at the event.

Wine sponsor- £2000

• Opportunity to link with a highly respected local charity in the Bolton area.
• Company logo and “Wine kindly sponsored by” on printed tags attached to each wine bottle on guest tables during the meal.
• Full page advert in the Grand Ball programme.  (Artwork to be supplied by you).
• Logo inclusion on back of printed leaflets and invitation letters.
• Logo inclusion on Bolton Hospice website (events section), and link back to your own company website.
• Opportunity for display of up to 2 pull up banners on the evening of the event in main event space reception area (excluding staging area).
• Sponsorship credited in Grand Ball Programme in acknowledgements
• Opportunity to gain photography for your PR and Media department’s use in the run up to and on the evening of the event.
• Bolton Hospice logo to be provided for you to promote your support of the event.
• Opportunity to submit branded literature / items for inclusion in event goody bags.
• Potential to reach new and existing customers through increased logo coverage via media, leaflets and through guests at the event.

Table sponsor - £150

• Opportunity to link with a highly respected local charity in the Bolton area.
• Company logo and “Table kindly sponsored by” on your specific table visible to event guests particularly those at that table.
• Half page advert on in the Grand Ball programme.  (Artwork to be supplied by you).
• Sponsorship credited in Grand Ball Programme in acknowledgements
• Opportunity to gain photography for your PR and Media department’s use in the run up to and on the evening of the event.
• Bolton Hospice logo to be provided for you to promote your support of the event.

Advertising opportunities

• ½ page advert in the Grand Ball programme is £50.  All artwork to be supplied by advertiser).
