Fundraising at Work
Working 9-5 every day of the week certainly doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fundraising fun!
From dressing down to dressing up, holding a Friday feast in the work place or encouraging your work mates to set up an out-of-hours 5-a-side football team, the possibilities for raising some money whilst having fun at work are endless!
If you would like to know about some of the ways that you can do something for the Hospice in your place of work, please get in touch – and do keep an eye on our Upcoming Events.
If your company or organisation would like to get behind supporting Bolton Hospice, for example as a corporate sponsor or charity of the year partner, have a look at our Companies page for some of the ways you can get involved.

Hanover Housing Association
The team from Hanover Housing Association volunteered their time before Christmas to raise money for Bolton Hospice by holding a bag pack at Morrisons.
Together they raised £800 which will help Bolton Hospice care for patients across our in-patient, day unit and Hospice at Home services. We are truly grateful for their loyal support of our work.
Mach-Aire
Well done to Keith and Bob, of Mach-Aire in Horwich who challenged themselves to a 5000 calorie ‘big breakfast’ eating competition.
The pair ploughed through a mammoth breakfast, picture in life-size here, including 10 eggs, 10 sausages, 10 slices of toasts each raising over £250 for Bolton Hospice. Needless to say neither Keith nor Bon finished, though both came close!
A huge thank you to everyone at Mach-Aire for supporting this breakfast duo in their foodie feat for Bolton Hospice.
