Bank Shop/Café Supervisor
We are currently seeking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic Bank Supervisors to provide operational cover for our charity shops and café as and when required.
£8.92 per hour
(hours cannot be guaranteed, as this position is to cover annual leave, other absences and busy periods)
This is a hands on role, working alongside volunteers in a busy environment, to ensure our retail operation maintains a consistent 7 day service, raising vital funds for the hospice. The post holder would support the effective operation of our charity shops and café during periods of staff leave, absences and during busy periods. You would be working closely with the volunteers and other members of staff, contributing to creating a positive and supportive working environment.
What you need:
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service and communication skills, with an ability to work flexibly and sometimes at short notice. Some experience of working within a retail and/or catering is required, as is a Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety certificate (or the ability to complete this prior to your appointment). Experience of supervising others and/or working with volunteers would be an advantage.
