How to join the weekly lottery & how to pay…
If you are 16 years old or over there are several ways that you can pay:
BY POST
We accept personal cheques or postal orders through the post.
If you would like to pay by this method, simply click here to print out our application form and return it to us enclosing your cheque/postal order made payable to the Bolton Hospice Lottery. (Minimum payment £10)
When your account gets down to £2 (2 weeks left) we will send you a reminder letter inviting you to renew your membership.
THROUGH YOUR BANK
You can pay us using a standing order (not a direct debit) through your bank, for as little as £4.34 every month. Paying by this method reduces our collection and administration costs and means that you never have to worry about remembering when the next payments are due.
If you would like to pay by this method, simply click here to print out our application form and complete the Standing Order Mandate then return it to us.
Please do not send it directly to your bank.
BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD - BY PHONE OR ONLINE
You can join and pay by credit/debit card over the telephone or via the internet.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all debit cards.

BY CASH COLLECTION NEAR YOUR HOME
In some areas we are very grateful to local Shopkeepers, Post Offices and Newsagents, who have agreed to be our local Agent where you can go and pay by Cash each week/month.
If you would like to pay by this method, please contact the Lottery Office on Tel: 01204 663077 to find out the nearest Cash Agent available in your area.
BY SALARY DEDUCTION –DIRECT FROM YOUR WAGE
If you are employed by the following local companies (click here to see the list) you can now have your payments deducted direct from your Salary.
If you would like to pay by this method, simply click here to print out our "Salary Deduction Authority" form and complete it and then return it to us via FREEPOST.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We send you an introduction letter through the post with your unique 5 figure membership number.
This unique membership number will be entered into the draw every Friday, provided your account has at least £1 in it at the time.
