You can help to secure the future of Bolton Hospice by becoming a Patron, either as an individual or through your business. As a Patron of Bolton Hospice you will receive a framed certificate to acknowledge your support, plus an invitation to our annual Patrons Dinner.

What does it cost to become a Patron?
£350 annually to become a Bronze Member -
£500 annually to become a Silver Member
£750 annually to become a Gold Member -
£1000 or over annually to become a Platinum Member

Let the taxman increase the value of your donation
Bolton Hospice can also claim Tax Relief on your donation (made by cash, cheque or credit card). This is known as Gift Aid and is an extra income from the government in tax which has already been paid, so increasing the value of your donation. Please tick the box on your Patron form if you would like Bolton Hospice to benefit from the Tax Relief on your donation.
