Who can volunteer?
Anyone with 2 -3 hours a week or more to spare can volunteer. This can include parents with young children, retired people, students aged 16+ and people looking to improve their job prospects.
What help is needed?
Our volunteers help out in a number of roles including:

Patient care on the ward and in BHSS

Patient drivers

Reception

Bereavement support

Garden maintenance

Administration and clerical support

Helping with fundraising and lottery events

Helping in our charity shops

When is my help needed?
You can volunteer during the week or at weekends, either in the day or in the evening. If you're unable to make a regular commitment you could join our emergency cover team, or perhaps help at some of our fundraising events.
Am I qualified?
You don't need any special qualifications or experience to be a volunteer, as full training will be given.
