Partnership Scheme

Our lottery partnership scheme enables other local charities, community groups, sports clubs and other not-for-profit organisations to benefit from a lottery without any set-up or administration costs.

If your organisation is looking to raise funds for a special appeal or project, or you just need a new regular income stream, then read on to find out how we can help.

How does it work?

It’s really easy. Your organisation signs up as a lottery partner and then all you need to do is promote the lottery and sign up your members. We do everything else!

How much can you raise?

Your organisation will get 45p from every £1 paid. So, in the first year, if you sign up:

  • 10 members you’ll receive £234
  • 50 members you’ll receive £1,170
  • 100 members you’ll receive £2,340
  • 500 members you’ll receive £11,700
  • 1000 members you’ll receive £23,400

And you’ll receive this every year your supporters remain members!

"Brandwood Community School has supported Bolton Hospice in a number of ways for over 7 years and one of the easiest ways to do so has been joining the lottery partnership. It is easy to organise and once staff have signed up the small monthly contribution is deducted from their salaries and the money helps the hospice to raise much needed funds, the school benefits too financially and each member of staff is entered into the lottery. The question should not be why but why not?!"

Amy Holmes, Deputy Headteacher, Brandwood Community School

Why join the partnership scheme?

Joining the scheme is so easy and it takes away all the hard work and costs associated with setting up a database, paying gambling commission and other fees, accepting and processing payments and distributing prizes. Plus, your supporters will know that the £2 they pay to play each week will be supporting local charities and local people – your own organisation and Bolton Hospice.

If your charity or not-for-profit organisation is interested in joining our partnership scheme, email us or call 01204 663 077.
