Palliative Care Services at Bolton Hospice:
Bolton Hospice provides free, expert palliative care for people in Bolton aged 18 or over who are facing cancer and non-cancer related life-limiting illnesses. Our care is delivered in a number of settings, including our Inpatient Unit, our Support Services or in a patient's home by our Hospice at Home team.
The mission of Bolton Hospice:
We are dedicated to providing the very highest standards of hospice care, improving the quality of life of our patients and their families and carers, and offering a range of palliative care services that help us to positively influence the course of illness.
How we provide our palliative care services for free:
All of our palliative care services are offered free of charge, but it costs £400 per hour to run Bolton Hospice, and as a charity we have to fundraise the first £300 of every hour, of every day, of every year that we provide our care services. To find out how you can help us raise the vital funds required please visit our fundraising page.
