Celebrating May & Ray's Anniversary

May and Ray have celebrated their 65th Wedding Anniversary this week surrounded by family, friends and even beloved fury friends. The couple met when they were young teenagers sharing the newspaper round. They got engaged at 18 and married soon after starting their life together. Now 65 years later they are celebrating their Blue Sapphire Anniversary.

8-Year-Old Izabela Smashes Ironkids, Raises £270 to Fund Vital Hospice Care

A huge Thank You to Izabela who has demonstrated incredible dedication to fundraising, raising an impressive £270 at the recent Ironkids race. Her amazing effort will significantly contribute to the hospice's vital work in caring for local people facing life-limiting illnesses.

Intrum Finance team tackles Mount Snowdon challenge

On Thursday, May 22nd, three determined colleagues successfully summited Mount Snowdon, raising an impressive £1,100. Stephen Slee, Gareth Burke, and Mohamed Umarjee, all colleagues in the Quality Assurance team at Intrum Finance in Manchester, teamed up for the challenge, driven by a desire to support a vital local cause.

Here at Bolton Hospice we spent this year's Volunteers' Week honouring the incredible dedication and hard work of our volunteer team. Their selfless efforts are vital to us being able to continue providing specialist care and support, and we couldn't be more grateful!

Dying Matters Week at Bolton Hospice

We have proudly supported Hospice UK's annual Dying Matters Week, which took place over the course of last week. This important national campaign aims to open up conversations around death, dying, and bereavement, breaking down societal stigmas and empowering individuals to open up about their own experiences.
