"On 22nd December 2014, my beautiful, amazing, truly inspirational mum Kathleen Humphries passed away from cancer at Bolton Hospice. My mum was my hero, my world, my everything and to lose her was the most devastating time of my life, as it is for so many

My mum would do anything for anyone, the most kind hearted, selfless, caring, loving person you could ever have the privilege of meeting.

The hospice were truly amazing, making her time there as dignified as possible, giving her love, care, comfort and friendship.... what more can I say!

So, to give back to this amazing charity I have so far umped out of a plane at 15,000 feet, abseiled down the Trafford Centre in Manchester and took on the longest zip wire in Europe!

Mum gave me everything in my life, the hardest thing is living without her but I want to do as much as I can to raise money for the hospice who cared for my beautiful mum so well and help them continue their amazing work for other families."
