We have charity shops located all across the Borough of Bolton, selling donated items as well as our popular range of Christmas cards and calendars from September to December each year. We also have a small gift shop located at the hospice, which sells a range of cards, gifts and branded merchandise all year round.
The aim of our charity shops is to provide a regular and sustainable source of income that supports the work of the hospice. We also recycle a wide range of goods to do our bit for the environment and raise extra funds.
We pride ourselves in offering a wide variety of items at the best possible price so visit one of our shops today to pick up a bargain!

Exchange & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, it is not our policy to give cash refunds for goods purchased from our hospice charity shops.
We will however issue a credit note to the value of a returned item, providing there is a valid reason; it is intact and complete with price tag and till receipt.
The item must be returned within a two-week period.
The credit note issued will have a one month validation date recorded, after which date the credit note becomes void.
A cash refund may be issued if your goods are found to have a fault with them. This will only be valid within our two week return period. Please note our goods do not come with a guarantee.
