Bolton Hospice’s annual Bubble Rush is back for 2026 and time is running out to buy your Super Early Bird tickets!

Taking place on the Sunday 12th July 2026, the fundraiser involves a 5k route around Bolton’s Queen’s Park and 8 different coloured bubble stations along the way.

Groups or individuals can run, walk or dance the rush at either of the 11am or 12pm staggered start times.

Bubble Rush is a firm favourite in the Bolton Hospice fundraising calendar, with last year’s event raising over £40,000.

Participants are kindly asked to raise a minimum of £20 in sponsorship to help raise vital funds.  For the hospice, £22.76 could pay for an hour of compassionate nursing care.

A 2025 participant said:

“Bubble rush is a fantastic day out for families, friends or individuals of any age.  It’s a great way to get involved and help the hospice carry on providing their brilliant care.  We had great fun – it’s certainly an exciting way to get your steps in!”

Super Early Bird tickets are priced at £15 (plus fees) for adults, and £10 (plus fees) for children (age 16 and under).

Entertainment, Bubble Rush medal and t-shirt are included in the ticket price.
