Café Supervisor
In 2018, Bolton Hospice opened The Old Bank Café in the former HSBC building in Astley Bridge. It soon became a ‘hub’ of the community, while at the same time raising much needed funds to allow the hospice to provide expert care for local people when they need it most. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Café Supervisor to join the team.

The post holder would be expected to work Saturday and Sunday (plus either 1 full week day or 2 half week day shifts)
WTE £18,005 pro rata
(actual salary £9,002 per annum, plus hourly enhancements for weekend working)
The Role
Reporting to the Café Manager and working closely with a team of volunteers, the Café Supervisor will oversee the smooth running of the café on the manager’s days off, which include Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring a consistent seven day operation is maintained and profits for the hospice are maximised.
