Early Bird tickets for Bolton Hospice’s Colour Run have officially gone on sale!

Taking place on Sunday 12th July 2026, all ages are welcome to join the colour extravaganza at Queen's Park, Chorley New Road, Bolton.

Participants can walk, run or dance the 2.5k or 5k route, complete with multiple visits to colour stations along the way.

In addition to the course itself, the event will feature live entertainment and runners will receive their own pair of colourful sunglasses and a Colour Run medal at the finish line.

Fundraising Manager Angela Griffiths said: "We’re so excited for our newest fundraiser, offering our community a chance to come together for a day of fun and fundraising.  By participating in the Colour Run, you're not only enjoying a brilliant day out with your family, but also ensuring Bolton Hospice can continue to be there for other families when they need us most.

“Colour Run is replacing Bubble Rush this year.  We’ve been working hard to offer this new and exciting alternative. We hope that our supporters are excited and bag their Early Bird tickets before they sell out!”

Monies raised go directly towards helping local people living with life-limiting illnesses.

Registration for the event is open to all ages, with participants encouraged to aim for a minimum sponsorship of £24.  £24 could pay for an hour of compassionate nursing care, helping us to continue to be there for families when they need it most.
