An update from Bolton Hospice CEO, Leigh Vallance

Following a number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 on our inpatient unit this week (two patients, two doctors and two nurses) we have been liaising with Public Health England and following their advice we are now implementing our contingency plan, which aims to mitigate any potential further risks to patients, staff and visitors.

Coronavirus Visitor Update

VISITOR RESTRICTIONS (To take effect from Wednesday 9th September 2020) During the current outbreak of Covid-19 we have had to restrict access to the hospice building for family members and friends of patients on the Inpatient Unit.
